Now, Christmas is coming and you trigger everywhere various “pre-Christmas diets” which are extremely strict! Well… I would highly recommend you stay away from those diets! In fact, fasting does nothing but lower your metabolism and consequently accumulate more body fat at the end of the meals.
Therefore, my advice is to eat regular meals before Christmas so you do not get too hungry at the meal and do not interrupt the biological cycle time trial of our metabolism.
The only trick is not to nibble between meals as we often do in the Christmas season with walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and dried fruit in general… and of course, don’t call for an encore!
